Winedrops is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team and drive the development of new application features. You will collaborate directly with founders and the engineering team to shape the future of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead software development cycles from initial planning to deployment.
- Design and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for improved performance.
What We're Looking For
- Comfort and proficiency with our tech stack: TypeScript, React Native, React, Next.js, GCP/Firebase, and Postgres.
- Heavy user of AI-enabled software engineering tools and workflows (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, v0).
- Enjoy working with SQL, including writing complex database views.
- Understanding of how to write production-ready code that is performant and diagnosable.
- Willingness and ability to work GMT timezone hours.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience working across the entire technology stack.
- Experience with both React Native and React.
