Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 5G features, from system analysis and design to implementation and testing.
- Supervise software development activities including design, coding, and integration verification.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality 5G functionality.
- Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Evaluate technical documentation such as requirements, design specs, user guides, and test plans.
- Design and refine algorithms and communication protocols according to 3GPP specifications.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in software architecture and development workflows.
