Standard Bots is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect the future of robotics through modern software engineering practices. In this role, you'll work directly with engineers, leaders, and users to advance products that create direct user impact and unlock new potential.
What You'll Do
- Identify, scope, and drive high-impact technical and user-facing projects.
- Advise leadership on technical decisions and company strategy.
- Mentor and advise other engineers on technical and personal advancement.
- Drive technical decision making and implementation through hands-on, technically deep work.

- A strong technical background, including 5-10 years of experience working in complex environments.

- You excel in written and verbal communication and enjoy leveraging your skills to support peers.

- Salary Range: $180,000 to $250,000 + equity via Employee Stock Options.
