Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy frontend features using React and TypeScript.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Build the AI engineering harness that delivers features instead of building features by hand.
- Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows as core to development process.
- Be faster and more capable due to effective use of AI, and continuously push the boundary of what that means.
- Help build and refine systems that build software.
- Contribute to agentic orchestration pipelines and harness engineering patterns that automate the development lifecycle — from ticket to tested pull request.
- Work within an Agentic SDLC where AI writes code, automation validates it through hard CI gates (type checking, linting, testing, security scanning), and humans approve behavior rather than reading code.
- Improve the Agentic SDLC model instead of routing around it.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across the frontend stack.
- Identify risks early and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions including component design, state management, API integration patterns, and frontend scalability.
- Help evolve and maintain Feature-Sliced Design with strict, CI-enforced module boundaries.
- Develop deep understanding of product functionality and the healthcare workflows it supports.
- Become a subject matter expert in one or more key product areas.
- Work closely with Product, Architecture, and Support teams to validate functionality, clarify requirements, and ensure successful releases.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of quality from development through production.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Be responsible for what you ship.
