Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Software & Connectivity Support Engineer to act as the first escalation point for complex software and connectivity issues within our electrical and energy‑management portfolio. You will combine advanced technical troubleshooting with customer‑facing communication and internal technical leadership in an industrial environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as first escalation point for non‑standard software and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer cases in collaboration with L3 engineers, R&D, and Product Management.
- Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and web‑based channels.
- Support trial licence management and deployment for partners and customers.
- Deliver technical training to partners, customers, and internal teams, both remote and onsite.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge‑base development.
- Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and best‑practice sharing.
- Support technical reporting and KPI tracking at team level.
- Act as a trusted technical expert for software and connectivity topics in the electrical portfolio.
What We're Looking For
