TheVStaff is hiring a Senior Shopify Developer to craft and maintain high-converting eCommerce experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and building Shopify themes, integrating applications, and ensuring optimal performance and SEO for client websites.

What You'll Do

Customize and maintain Shopify themes, primarily using selections from the Shopify Theme Store.
Develop and implement bespoke Shopify themes as needed.
Work on WordPress, PHP, and Laravel projects when opportunities arise.
Collaborate with the internal team to complete projects on time and exceed expectations.
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members in English.
Integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance website functionality.
Ensure fast load times and a seamless user experience across devices.
Build websites following SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in Shopify development.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language).
Familiar with PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
Excellent English communication skills.
Available to work West Coast hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to integrate third-party services and APIs.
Skill in creating mobile-friendly, responsive designs.
At least 50 mbps stable Internet connection with back-up internet.
At least 8GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
Perfectly working webcam, mic, and audio.
Organized workstation.
