A team of 14, consisting of Application Security and Compliance experts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
- Create and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches, providing timely resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Manage security tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices.
- Experience with security tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar are preferred.
- Experience with cloud security is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
