The Senior Scientist in AI & Big Data Center will lead bioinformatics projects and develop advanced computational tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering, and antibody engineering. The role involves algorithm development, data mining using deep learning, and creating web-based or standalone software solutions to support customer needs at a company committed to improving human and environmental health through biotechnology.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for bioinformatics projects
- Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering
- Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers
- Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data
What We're Looking For
- PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning
- At least three years of experience in algorithm/model development
- Knowledgeable in the field of molecular biology or protein
- Proficiency in Python/Java/C++
- Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow
Nice to Have
- Experience in natural language processing and large language model
- Experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI
- Experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development
- Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects
- Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills
