About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules
- Analyze client warehouse processes and recommend system improvements
- Configure EWM functionalities including warehouse structure, resource management, and inventory handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EWM with ERP and other logistics systems
- Develop and execute test plans for system functionality and integration
- Support data migration and master data preparation for warehouse operations
- Provide technical documentation for configurations and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during testing and go-live phases
- Conduct training sessions for end users and support teams
- Assist in defining warehouse operational procedures aligned with system capabilities
- Participate in project planning and timeline management
- Ensure compliance with client-specific and industry standards
- Optimize system performance and scalability for high-volume operations
- Guide clients on best practices for warehouse automation integration
- Support integration with material handling systems and RF devices
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to align solutions
- Deliver post-implementation support and system enhancements
- Evaluate system upgrades and apply relevant patches or updates
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements
