Responsibilities
- Support and enable global GTM teams to grow ARR efficiently by providing strategic insights through Data & Analysis projects and optimizing our tool stack and processes.
- Own the selection and integration of tools and platforms that support revenue operations
- Streamline revenue-generating processes to reduce friction and enhance customer experience, including sales and retention funnels, continuous improvement to increase conversion rates, velocity, and revenue
- Provide support to GTM teams and maintain updated documentation
- Monitor Tools&Processes adoption and ROI
- Train new joiners and existing teams for continuous optimal usage
- Act as a guarantor for CRM data accuracy and data hygiene processes
- Build recommendations to get accurate and enriched data
- Ensure revenue managers have the relevant monitoring tools to follow up with targets and team empowerment
- Produce relevant analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Measure performance, build and maintain relevant reporting and DataViz solutions for leadership, managers, and ICs (KPI definition, Salesforce/Planhat/Power BI dashboards)
- Own target management and bonus schemes implementation
