Truelogic Software is hiring a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our E-Learning division. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem for a university's Consumer Direct Lending instance. You will work in a collaborative, sprint-based environment to deliver high-quality features and provide ongoing operational support.
What You'll Do
- Develop new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in two-week sprints for the Consumer Direct Lending Salesforce instance.
- Collaborate with business systems analysts to assess story readiness before development.
- Work closely with end-users and product owners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Analyze user stories to ensure complete and accurate requirements.
- Write, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura, and LWC.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production issues.
- Continuously improve application performance and functionality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing to ensure system reliability.
- Be available for critical issue resolution outside normal business hours if needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce software development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Query and Search Language.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
