Join a high-performing LATAM team as a Senior Salesforce Developer, where you'll lead technical design and implementation across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors. You'll work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, using both programmatic and declarative approaches on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, shaping solution architecture from concept through deployment
- Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns via APIs
- Develop robust applications using best practices in code structure, version control with Git, and secure data handling via SOQL/SOSL
- Support full lifecycle activities including testing, documentation, training, and post-deployment maintenance
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts by helping define solutions, estimate effort, and plan project timelines
- Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements following established procedures
- Maintain accurate records for incidents, changes, and requests while driving continuous improvements in development practices
What You Bring
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and strong communication skills in Spanish
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, plus either App Builder or Administrator credential
- 4–6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and integration patterns
- Background in object-oriented programming, including exposure to Java, C#, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and complex system integrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while staying highly organized
- A self-driven mindset with openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning
Work Environment
Remote role based in Uruguay, Argentina, or Chile, with expectations to align working hours between 6 AM and 6 PM Mountain Time.
