Almedia is hiring a Senior Sales Manager, Gaming Partnerships to be the foundational sales hire for a revolutionary new product feature. This role directly shapes our go-to-market strategy, builds our sales playbook from the ground up, and challenges the status quo in rewarded monetization.
What You'll Do
- Independently identify, prospect, and close deals with high-volume mobile game publishers, particularly targeting the top 100 studios by US downloads.
- Define and execute the end-to-end sales strategy, including market segmentation, target account prioritization, and articulation of our unique value proposition.
- Expertly communicate how Almedia's platform enables game developers to monetize existing traffic and enhance user engagement through a new revenue stream.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, channeling publisher feedback and market insights to refine the platform.
- Demonstrate high conversion efficiency from initial contact to closed-won deals and contribute to scaling our sales processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of independently identifying, prospecting, engaging, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business to revenue.
- Hands-on sales experience, including direct outreach and cold prospecting to key decision-makers at mobile game studios.
- Ability to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies, leveraging market data to prioritize high-potential publishers.
- Strong ability to initiate and nurture pre-sales relationships with potential game publishers.
- Experience working with or selling to mid-to-large mobile game studios, ideally within the top-tier segment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming or ad tech sales.
