EX Squared is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to be a key driver of our growth strategy in a critical market. You will be responsible for expanding our reach and influence by managing complex deals and building a strong sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth across the North American market.
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex enterprise deals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of sales executives.
- Guide major clients through long sales cycles and strategic decision-making for AI technology adoption.
- Lead the expansion of EX Squared's market reach and influence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience driving enterprise sales and revenue growth in a North American territory.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and close complex, high-value deals with extended sales cycles.
- Experience in building, coaching, and leading a team of sales professionals.
- A track record of advising senior client stakeholders on strategic technology decisions, preferably in the AI space.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Work Mode
