EX Squared is looking for a Lead Sales Executive to own and accelerate growth in our critical North American market. You will be responsible for driving revenue by managing complex enterprise deals and building a high-performing sales team to expand our reach and influence.

- Demonstrated experience building, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team
- Deep understanding of navigating strategic, long-term sales processes with major clients
- Ability to manage complex deals and influence at the executive level
