About the Role

EX Squared is looking for a Lead Sales Executive to own and accelerate growth in our critical North American market. You will be responsible for driving revenue by managing complex enterprise deals and building a high-performing sales team to expand our reach and influence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success driving revenue growth and managing enterprise sales cycles in North America
  • Demonstrated experience building, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Deep understanding of navigating strategic, long-term sales processes with major clients
  • Ability to manage complex deals and influence at the executive level

This is a fully remote position with a global team.
