Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with public sector prospects and customers
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to government use cases
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies for complex deals
- Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions
- Support proof of concept deployments and trials
- Provide technical expertise during procurement and contracting stages
- Stay current on evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies
- Articulate product advantages in alignment with public sector regulations
- Assist in responding to security questionnaires and RFPs
- Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards specific to government entities
- Present at industry events and customer briefings
- Drive technical validation processes for new implementations
- Maintain deep knowledge of public sector IT environments
- Support training for partners and internal teams
