Monterail is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to help create innovative web and mobile applications for clients across various industries. You'll contribute to impactful projects within our team of 130+ professionals.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients
- Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and system architecture discussions
- Contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping production applications with Ruby on Rails
- Solid understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, and data modeling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
