Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep commercial understanding with strong expertise in driving SaaS metrics
- Proven experience with Hubspot, enrichment tools like Clay, and call/calendar tools (e.g. Aircall, Calendly)
- Strong technical proficiency to implement robust automations and tracking (e.g. SQL)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and drive decisions from complex datasets
- Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and automations
- High attention to detail and strong execution skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- A proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
