Advizex (a Myriad360 company) is hiring a Senior Renewal Specialist (Remote)

Myriad360 is looking for a Senior Renewal Specialist to play an integral role in the success of our rapidly growing renewals business. You will own and execute a broad portfolio of renewal contracts across vendors like Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, and Palo Alto Networks.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts of upcoming renewals.
• Build outstanding partner relations with manufacturers, OEM, and ISV renewal peers.
• Work with sales and channel operations to generate quotes 30/60/90 days in advance of contract expirations.
• Work with customers to both transact and consolidate upcoming renewals.
• Maximize eligibility and attainment of key manufacturer renewal incentives.
• Inform and educate internal stakeholders on relevant renewal opportunities.
• Assist clients via phone and email with any quote or support questions.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks and actively contribute to remediation efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates must be based in the United States and able to work West Coast hours.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly accountable, autonomous, and adept at managing ambiguity.
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers.

Nice to Have

• General sales and business acumen.
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Quote Presentation).
• Experience with manufacturer programs and processes.
