About the Role

Whatnot is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Product to strategically source and hire exceptional Product Management talent. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our product teams while championing an outstanding candidate journey and building a diverse, high-impact organization.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier Product Management talent, proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Find or create new sources of talent beyond traditional tools like LinkedIn.
  • Screen candidates to increase the hiring team’s focus on interviewing the best.
  • Manage pipelines for 5-10 (or more) open roles simultaneously.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent recommendations.
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth rough edges in the recruiting process.
  • Cultivate relationships with individuals and groups through introductions and community participation.
  • Look for proven traditional and creative methods to emphasize diversity and bring new points of view to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product recruiting experience in high-growth startups.
  • Experience evaluating candidates for a range of Product Management roles, across multiple levels, including leadership.
  • A developed deep network of product professionals.
  • Comfort with ownership, moving fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable.
  • Ability to provide an incredible candidate experience.
  • Extreme organization and ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
  • Data-focused approach to measure pipeline health and set expectations.
  • Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices.

Work Mode
