What You'll Do
Take ownership of quality assurance for a forward-thinking financial platform, ensuring reliability and performance across web and mobile interfaces. You'll develop comprehensive test strategies, from initial planning to execution, covering smoke, functional, regression, and A/B testing throughout each sprint cycle.
Conduct in-depth exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential issues before release. Document and track defects clearly, working closely with development and client teams to resolve them efficiently. You'll also contribute to end-to-end test planning, ensuring full coverage of features and system behavior.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in manual QA for web or mobile applications
- Proven track record in sprint-aligned testing cycles and release validation
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GIT
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
- Experience managing user acceptance testing and interfacing with stakeholders
- Ability to design, refine, and execute detailed test plans across multiple testing types
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and basic SQL queries
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English at B2/C1 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming experience with Python
- Background in test-driven development (TDD) or behavior-driven development (BDD)
