CESAR is looking for a Senior Psychologist to lead remote clinical assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for impulse control disorders, with a focus on online gambling addiction. In this role, you will leverage telehealth tools to provide specialized support and guidance to primary and specialized health teams, directly contributing to the implementation and improvement of mental health care protocols.
What You'll Do
- Apply high clinical expertise for remote assessment, psychopathological diagnosis, and intervention in impulse control disorders, specifically online gambling problems.
- Use telehealth tools to enhance support and clinical guidance for primary care (eSF) or specialized (CAPS/RAPS) teams.
- Develop specialized care plans (PTS) and guide territorial health teams in offering harm reduction-oriented care and managing crises and relapses in addictive behaviors.
- Conduct daily clinical operations, ensuring teleconsultation protocols for impulse disorders are applied ethically and with excellence.
- Contribute to service implementation by validating mental health care workflows and reporting operational gaps specific to the topic.
- Establish effective communication with territorial health teams for correct referral of compulsive gambling cases and clarification of clinical doubts.
- Provide technical-scientific support, serving as an interface channel for psychological complexity, promoting comprehensive care and matrix support.
- Contribute insights based on clinical practice to improve Telepsychology protocols and digital tools.
- Conduct training and mentorship for health teams on impulse disorder topics relevant to remote and in-person care.
What We're Looking For
- Completed graduation in psychology.
Nice to Have
- Residency in Family Health or Health Services Management or Post-Graduation in Indigenous Health.
- Experience in digital health projects.
- Experience in collective health or primary health care.
- Availability for travel.
