- Work closely with Engineering Leads to coordinate sprint planning, assign resources, and manage technical dependencies.
- Balance project timelines with quality standards and business needs, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
- Ensure project execution supports strategic business goals through coordination with executive leadership.
- Serve as the main point of contact for communication between technical teams and senior management.
- Promote Agile and Lean methodologies by leading Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and supporting team adoption.
- Improve project delivery processes to enhance speed, team coordination, and output quality.
- Guide and develop mid-level project managers and coordinators while expanding delivery frameworks organization-wide.
- Ensure operational clarity and efficiency using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
