Stadium is hiring a Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of intricate projects involving multiple teams and functions, spanning planning, launch, and post-release activities.
  • Establish clear understanding of deliverables, responsibilities, and schedules across departments.
  • Convert product goals into executable roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners.
  • Work closely with Engineering Leads to coordinate sprint planning, assign resources, and manage technical dependencies.
  • Balance project timelines with quality standards and business needs, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
  • Ensure project execution supports strategic business goals through coordination with executive leadership.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communication between technical teams and senior management.
  • Promote Agile and Lean methodologies by leading Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and supporting team adoption.
  • Improve project delivery processes to enhance speed, team coordination, and output quality.
  • Guide and develop mid-level project managers and coordinators while expanding delivery frameworks organization-wide.
  • Ensure operational clarity and efficiency using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Provide regular, transparent updates on progress and obstacles to stakeholders at all levels.
