Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work for building construction projects. You will apply your sound understanding of MEP systems to directly impact the construction process from design through to commissioning.

What You'll Do

Actively engage in the initial design development of MEP services and assess design constructability.
Review designs for legal and statutory compliance, and follow up to obtain approvals.
Coordinate with all services design disciplines.
Ensure contractors submit shop drawings and that approvals are obtained.
Verify that approval conditions are implemented on-site in a timely and sequential manner.
Execute services work per drawings and specifications, aligned with schedule and quality standards.
Provide value in selecting vendors and local material suppliers in line with client procurement processes.
Be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of all service equipment (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting).
Manage handovers, ensuring all works are complete per vendor contracts and that all relevant documents are received.
Initiate training for the taking-over team through contractors and consultants.

What We're Looking For

A B.E./B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience, particularly in building projects.
Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
