Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships to identify customer opportunities and develop tailored solutions encompassing scope, schedule, and pricing.
- Generate new business opportunities by actively engaging prospects, understanding customer needs, and delivering appropriate service offerings.
- Provide expert advisory services directly to aviation clients facing complex operational challenges.
- Lead client engagements to ensure alignment with customer goals and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Inspire and guide project teams, mentor project managers, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Drive end-to-end customer engagement phases including assessment, analysis, solution development, and implementation.
- Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders on program status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with project managers to create detailed program plans covering timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Track and report financial performance of programs to practice leadership.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources while clearly communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Identify limitations in current capabilities relative to customer demands and form external partnerships to address gaps.
- Engage directly with government or regulatory authorities when required to support program objectives.
- Assist senior leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support program execution and business development activities.
