Jobgether is hiring a Senior Professional Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs and mentor instructional designers in a remote, flexible environment.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-impact and complex initiatives.
Mentor and guide instructional designers, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and innovation across the learning team.
Develop modern, engaging learning experiences using tools such as video production and eLearning modules.
Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are scalable, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to organizational goals.
Evaluate and implement emerging learning technologies and instructional strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles.
Proficiency in advanced instructional design and eLearning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise).
Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale, complex training initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality learning solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
