Risk Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Protocol to lead the core protocol and offchain infrastructure for Across’s frontier intents-based system. You will own the protocol roadmap, architectural decisions, and ecosystem collaboration, ensuring the system is robust, scalable, and meets evolving market needs.

What You'll Do

Own the roadmap for the protocol team, balancing needs of internal teams, adjacent product verticals, external partners, and long-term protocol health.
Critically assess and make informed decisions on core areas of the protocol such as intent mechanism design, solver network evolution, and innovations in intent auctions.
Own product development from conception to launch, including writing detailed PRDs, managing backlog, and prioritizing between features, improvements, and technical debt.
Work closely with key partners and initiatives within the Ethereum ecosystem, such as the Open Intents Framework and ERC-7683, owning how these influence protocol evolution.
Collaborate with engineering, business development, and marketing to align protocol roadmap with broader company objectives.
Gather and analyze data on protocol performance, solver behavior, and market trends to inform product strategy.
Leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate shipping without compromising quality; evaluate and suggest new tools and frameworks.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on technical or platform products.
Strong technical background, comfortable discussing smart contract architecture, protocol-level mechanisms, and trade-offs in decentralized systems.
Proven Web3 experience, having successfully built and shipped protocols and products.
Deep understanding of DeFi, interoperability protocols, and the broader smart contract landscape.
Demonstrated ability to take ideas and turn them into shipped products in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to form strong, well-reasoned opinions and update them with new information.
Passion for the future of interoperability and desire to be at the forefront of innovation.
