About the Role

peopleworth is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our digitally delivered learning products. In this fast-paced, AI-enabled environment, you will shape programmes from concept through launch, optimization, and scale, ensuring quality, market relevance, and strong learner outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own a high-value portfolio of digital learning products from early opportunity scoping through delivery, iteration, and scale.
  • Champion AI-enabled and data-informed product development practices using relevant tools and operational systems.
  • Lead the co-design and adaptation of programme curricula with University partners, industry experts, and internal teams.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of diverse learning assets including written, visual, and video content to high standards.
  • Establish and analyze product KPIs such as learner engagement, feedback, and quality indicators to guide development priorities.
  • Manage cross-functional product development workflows, coordinating teams, suppliers, and contributors for timely delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders, managing risks, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Identify and implement process improvements supporting scalability, automation, and streamlined delivery.
  • Support internal capability development by shaping and guiding emerging team members.
  • Ensure products meet expected quality and relevance standards across the full development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Eight or more years of experience delivering digital products or programmes.
  • At least two years of experience at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies including user-led design and agile practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled tools, digital learning platforms, analytics dashboards, or related infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to create market-relevant and robust digital learning experiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills grounded in data.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across internal leaders and external contributors.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers within remote-first environments.
  • Ability to manage workflow, budget, quality, and timelines across multiple projects.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Higher Ed clients and product development at Level 7 standards.
  • Experience overseeing product development for technical programmes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
