Responsibilities
- defining and driving a category-based product strategy to create a differentiated shopping experience (e.g. Fashion, Home, Electronics)
- moving the platform away from a “one size fits all” approach toward tailored, category-specific solutions
- designing and optimizing unique customer journeys aligned with the needs of specific industries
- leading product discovery efforts to deeply understand customer needs and market opportunities
- making autonomous, high-impact product decisions within your assigned category
- partnering with senior business stakeholders (Director level) on the client side to align product direction
- shaping long-term product vision and influencing market trends within your domain
- balancing business goals, user needs, and product scalability in decision-making
Requirements
- experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on product discovery and market validation
- highly assertive, able to set clear boundaries and effectively manage prioritization trade-offs
- strategic thinker with the ability to shape product direction and influence market trends
- able to provide domain expertise within a specific product category (e.g. Fashion, Home, Electronics)
- comfortable making independent product decisions with high ownership
- strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior (Director-level) stakeholders
- product mindset focused on delivering differentiated user experiences and business value
- native-level Polish
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- willingness to occasionally travel for business to Poznań, Warsaw, or Kraków
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
Nice to Have
- experience working with large e-commerce or retail platforms (e.g. marketplaces or electronics retail)
- background in companies like RTV Euro AGD, Media Markt, Amazon, OLX, or similar environments
- familiarity with category-specific shopping behaviors and industry nuances
