NetBox Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key product areas including NetBox Cloud (our SaaS delivery platform), the operational self-service console, and a new customer-facing Analytics product. You will be responsible for executing a defined cloud roadmap, owning the console UX, and conducting the early discovery work needed to define the Analytics offering.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for the NetBox Cloud managed SaaS product, including multi-tenant delivery, instance provisioning, upgrade management, and reliability.
- Develop a written, defensible point of view on product direction by synthesizing signals from customers, support, and sales.
- Own the UX of the operational self-service console experience.
- Conduct early-stage discovery and definition work to shape the new Analytics product.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Experience at both startup and large environments, with the ability to operate without established process.
- Strong track record of building products from inception to market adoption.
- Comfortable doing early-stage discovery and definition work alongside execution.
- Experience in developer tools, infrastructure software, or technical SaaS platforms with technical buyers.
- Skilled at partnering with engineering on scoping, sequencing, and delivery.
- Ability to engage directly with customers and prospects in discovery, pre-sales, and feedback loops.
- Ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM without positional authority.
- Strong written communication skills.

- Experience at a hyper-growth startup, operating at speed and building scalable processes.
- Familiarity with OSS-to-cloud product dynamics.
- Experience with packaging and pricing for B2B software products.
