Nabla is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and execution for our AI assistant platform, which streamlines clinical documentation and workflows. You will collaborate with product and executive teams to drive strategic decisions aligned with our mission of improving healthcare experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead product discovery efforts by identifying and validating opportunities through usability studies, user research, and data analysis.
Identify elegant and simple product features, prioritize them based on business impact, and organize them into product roadmaps.
Own the product execution process, working closely with designers, engineers, and the broader team to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Collaborate with the product and executive teams to contribute to strategic decisions that drive the company forward.

What We're Looking For

Exceptional communication skills to engage with a multicultural team, share a clear product vision, and build consensus.
Proven ability to take initiative and get things done efficiently, with a track record of driving projects from concept to completion.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for UI details.
Comfortable and proficient with data analysis, using insights to shape product strategy.
At least 6+ years of experience in product management at a tech or product-driven company.
