AuditBoard is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and transform how audit, risk, and compliance work gets done. In this role, you will bridge complex business challenges with intuitive user experiences, shape our design processes, and contribute to our design system. You will lead strategic projects end-to-end and mentor other designers.

What You'll Do

Discover high-value opportunities and ruthlessly prioritize to maximize user and business impact.
Lead multiple strategic projects end-to-end, managing ambiguity and complexity throughout.
Drive the complete design lifecycle for core platform concepts and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customers, and subject-matter experts.
Independently design experiments and conduct direct user research studies.
Design holistic user experiences that consider every touch point and context.
Take responsibility for the quality and success of your designs, the final product, end-users, and business goals.
Consistently measure the success of your work, tying outcomes back to business impact.
Shape AuditBoard's design lifecycle, including research, ideation, design, validation, iteration, and development.
Influence product strategy and contribute to the user experience vision and UI standards for the entire suite.
Help evolve our product toward a unified design vision that drives significant business value.

What We're Looking For

A BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience designing web applications or similar products.
Experience leading and/or mentoring product design teams.
Demonstrable product design skills with a strong portfolio (portfolio required for application).
Proficiency in Figma.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to human-computer interaction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience designing enterprise or data-intensive applications.

Nice to Have

Background on platform teams within B2B SaaS, especially in highly technical or complex domains.
Proven ability to own and drive a coherent design vision within cross-functional leadership groups.
Deep expertise in design principles combined with strong comfort in product and engineering contexts.
Knowledge of other product design and wire-framing tools.
Experience using HTML, CSS, and Javascript for rapid prototyping.
Working knowledge of Responsive Design.
