- Create low- and high-fidelity sketches, prototypes, and conduct testing to validate design direction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to define challenges, iterate rapidly, and ship polished solutions.
- Uphold exceptional design quality while meeting aggressive timelines and delivery goals.
- Enhance the design practice by mentoring team members, improving workflows, advocating for excellence, and sharing insights internally and externally.
