To accomplish this, we're seeking a Principal Experience Designer (Enterprise/Software-as-a-Service) to join our Fleet Management technological unit. In this role, you'll work intimately with Product Strategists, Technical Engineers, and Design Professionals to craft features enabling insight-driven decision-making and seamless operational workflows. You'll harmonize organizational requirements, technological feasibility, and user experience to deliver solutions driving measurable impact across primary customer segments. • Comprehensive Design Stewardship: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to guide the entire design methodology, from problem identification to delivering sophisticated, scalable solutions aligned with user and organizational objectives. • User Investigation & Discovery: Execute and analyze comprehensive user research, conducting interviews and interpreting data insights to recognize pain points, validate conceptual frameworks, and transform findings into tangible product enhancements. • Complexity Simplification: Develop intuitive interfaces that streamline intricate workflows involving fleet management, regulatory compliance, and operational cost optimization. • Design Ecosystem Development: Enhance and evolve our design framework to guarantee consistency and quality across all organizational products while propagating design excellence throughout interdepartmental teams. • Strategic Constraint Navigation: Engineer pragmatic yet innovative solutions balancing user requirements with technological limitations and organizational ecosystem constraints. • Interdepartmental Engagement: Cultivate robust internal relationships to champion user-centric transformations, demonstrating agility in escalating and securing executive-level alignment.
