We Work Remotely is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help build products used by billions. In this remote role, you will balance form and function, applying your design expertise from initial research through to final visual design.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with and support your team to design and build products.
Apply design thinking and execution skills throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Help shape the visual identity of products, translating existing brands or creating from scratch.
Participate in design team reviews, sharing, and brainstorms.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product design experience at a digital product agency or consultancy.
A portfolio reflecting strengths in both UX and visual design skills.
Solid experience in prototyping and interaction design.
A strong foundation in visual and interaction design principles.
Fluent in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows into intuitive user interfaces.
Strong ability to deliver compelling design rationale in both client and internal contexts.
Motivated by feedback and the opportunity to improve the work and team collaboration.

Nice to Have

Demonstrated interest in staying ahead of desktop and mobile best practices, developments, and trends in web, mobile, and iOS design.
