Hire Overseas is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer / Animator to create clean, polished motion visuals that bring clarity and energy to a fast-moving DeFi startup. You will simplify complex crypto concepts through motion design, supporting product launches, explainers, marketing campaigns, and social content. You'll help shape the visual identity of a brand reshaping the onchain trading experience.

What You'll Do

Design and animate product explainers, uAsset visualizations, and marketing visuals for social media.
Create launch videos, onboarding flows, and animated product teasers.
Use faux 3D or real 3D techniques to create dimensional and dynamic visuals.
Develop motion systems, templates, and style guides for scalable design.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to translate ideas into clean, crisp visuals.
Create animations that clarify the value of cross-chain trading and onchain liquidity.
Design motion elements for campaigns, social clips, event recaps, and short promos.
Deliver assets optimized for X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and web embeds.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital design.
Experience creating faux 3D or true 3D motion for product or brand content.
Proficient in After Effects.
Experienced with tools like Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
Able to simplify abstract or technical concepts through clean motion.
Highly organized, collaborative, and confident working in fast-paced content cycles.
