Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Designer with strong research expertise to guide both the visual and experiential direction of our product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full design lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and refinement—while grounding decisions in real user behavior and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design from discovery to delivery, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution in Figma
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across platforms and features
- Initiate and conduct user research studies such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover core user needs
- Translate research findings into clear, strategic recommendations using narratives, presentations, and data visualizations
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements and influence roadmap priorities
- Design marketing-aligned visuals, including web pages, presentation decks, and promotional assets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather diverse inputs and align on design direction
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing polished, user-centered work
- Minimum of 2 years actively conducting UX research
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience turning complex problems into intuitive, elegant design solutions
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a flexible 4-day workweek, supporting a sustainable pace without compromising impact. We operate as a remote-first, high-growth startup that values autonomy, clear communication, and results-driven collaboration.
Compensation
Base salary range of $140,000–$180,000 USD, with potential for equity participation.
