About the Role
This role involves working closely with sales teams and customers to provide technical leadership during the sales cycle. The individual will demonstrate product functionality, respond to technical inquiries, and validate system requirements to ensure alignment with customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client objectives and technical requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions using platform capabilities
- Respond to technical questions during procurement and evaluation phases
- Conduct proof-of-concept implementations and coordinate testing
- Document customer configurations and integration scenarios
- Support RFP responses with accurate technical details
- Work alongside engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap and feature updates
- Present technical deep dives to customer stakeholders
- Assess compatibility between customer infrastructure and proposed solutions
- Develop customized deployment architectures for enterprise environments
- Track engagement progress and report on technical sales milestones
- Assist in training partners on solution positioning and deployment
- Identify technical blockers in sales cycles and propose resolutions
- Ensure compliance with security and scalability requirements during design
- Use data to validate performance claims in customer discussions
- Coordinate with support teams for pre-deployment validation
- Maintain consistency between marketing claims and technical reality
- Stay informed about competitive offerings and market trends
