About the Role: We're seeking a Senior Performance Testing Engineer to architect and implement comprehensive performance and scalability testing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our mission-critical platform maintains exceptional reliability, performance, and scalability alongside our rapidly expanding user ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll define performance quality standards, develop robust frameworks, establish key metrics, and create automation processes that enable continuous system performance understanding and improvement. You'll introduce industry-leading performance testing practices, integrate them into CI/CD workflows, and mentor team members in data-driven performance engineering methodologies.
