Role Overview
This position is a key link between People teams and Product development, focused on enhancing the functionality and user experience of our internal people systems. You’ll help shape how Deel uses its HR technology stack by providing insights that guide product evolution and ensure alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to understand how current tools are used and identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver actionable input to engineering and product teams to influence roadmap decisions and feature development
- Lead testing efforts for new system capabilities and support rollout planning
- Ensure organizational data remains accurate and up to date through structured change processes
- Improve document lifecycle management, including creation, storage, and compliance workflows
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for leveraging HR systems effectively
- Design and implement integrations, automations, and configuration changes across platforms
- Create training materials and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to drive system adoption
What We’re Looking For
You bring deep experience in HRIS administration and system configuration, with a track record of solving complex people operations challenges through technology. You’re comfortable translating between technical teams and business users, ensuring solutions meet real-world needs.
- Minimum of 5 years in HRIS roles with hands-on configuration and data management
- Proven experience with learning, performance, and survey platforms
- Understanding of HR data flows, integrations, and reporting structures
- Familiarity with core HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation planning
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision and problem-solving
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in business terms
- Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

- Experience in multinational organizations with diverse workforces
- Background in SaaS product development or system migrations
