Responsibilities
- Lead People Operations initiatives across 2–3 APJC countries simultaneously, guiding projects from employee data collection through post-implementation phases.
- Cleanse large volumes of HR data and conduct thorough validation using Excel or Google Sheets to maintain Workday as the authoritative system.
- Conduct detailed reconciliations between Workday and ADP to ensure data accuracy during and after system go-live.
- Design realistic user test scenarios and execute UAT to confirm system processes align with everyday operational needs.
- Eliminate redundant manual processes by implementing standardized, scalable global solutions.
- Support the creation of a unified HR operating model to ensure consistency across regional operations.
- Identify areas where local legal requirements or cultural practices necessitate tailored system configurations, ensuring compliance and usability.
- Develop and maintain country-specific Standard Operating Procedures following system implementation.
- Train local People Ops Specialists on new processes and system functionality.
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions, delivering prompt and accurate responses via Zendesk.
- Act as a trusted connector between employees and central HR functions, resolving issues with precision and care.
- Improve the employee experience by collaborating proactively with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to resolve complex cases.
