Responsibilities

- Support change management during periods of organizational growth
- Drive engagement through regular feedback and employee listening programs
- Ensure equitable practices in promotions, compensation, and recognition
- Lead performance review cycles and provide coaching to managers
- Design and implement learning initiatives for leadership and teams
- Monitor people metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Foster inclusive environments where diverse perspectives are valued
- Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and discretion
- Advocate for employee experience improvements across the lifecycle
- Collaborate with HR partners on policy development and implementation
- Support onboarding processes for new leaders and team members
- Promote accountability and transparency in people-related decisions
- Evaluate organizational structures for efficiency and scalability
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Facilitate leadership workshops and team offsites
- Stay current on employment trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards
- Build trust through consistent, empathetic communication
- Drive initiatives that enhance psychological safety and belonging
- Measure impact of people programs using qualitative and quantitative data
- Act as a role model for company values and ethical leadership
