Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR leader for our General & Administrative teams. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to drive performance, support employee engagement, and scale people practices across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic thought partner and coach to leaders, helping to build and scale high-performing, values-driven teams.
- Advise on performance management, organizational design, rewards, team dynamics, and employee relations.
- Lead key initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.
- Collaborate with recruiting to align on headcount forecasting and ensure the right talent is brought on board.
- Identify, lead, and execute process improvements across people operations to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver programs in compensation, DEI, benefits, learning & development, and more.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders on all people-related matters, driving a culture of accountability and high execution.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- At least 4 years as a strategic business partner in a high-growth or scaling environment.
- Strong foundation in multiple HR disciplines such as employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders across all levels.
- High business acumen and curiosity, with a proactive mindset and strong judgment.
- Comfortable navigating complex challenges in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous settings.
- A collaborative, empathetic, and human-centered approach to driving change and supporting teams.

- Competitive salary range: $151,100 – $202,100 USD (location-dependent).
