Banorte is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform daily tracking and management of payments, transfers, investments, and other processes related to fiduciary operations. Your primary goal is to ensure compliance with the purposes established in trust contracts and authorized specific instructions, minimizing operational risks for both clients and the institution.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with your manager to capture transactional operations (payments, investments, and transfers).
- Request funding and/or withdrawal of resources from various investment contracts to execute payments, confirming authorization and resource availability.
- Ensure daily that operations were duly and timely applied to designated beneficiaries.
- Review that all scheduled operations for the day were completed, ensuring the SIFE system is updated with movement receipts.
- Participate in any other fiduciary operations and client service activities as established by the management, sub-direction, or direction you are assigned to.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, law, finance, engineering, or technology.
- 3+ years of experience in a bank.
- Proficiency in Windows and Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
- Areas of experience: preference in fiduciary operations (desirable but not essential), operations, or treasury.
- Languages: intermediate English (desirable but not essential).
