About the Role

This role leads high-impact organizing efforts by training volunteers, managing field programs, and driving voter outreach in key communities. The position requires strong leadership, planning skills, and experience in political or issue-based campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand local organizing teams in targeted regions
  • Design and execute field strategies for campaign objectives
  • Train and supervise volunteer leaders and field staff
  • Coordinate voter contact programs including phone banking and door-to-door outreach
  • Develop relationships with community groups and stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign data and adjust tactics based on performance
  • Organize public events and rallies to amplify campaign messages
  • Track volunteer engagement and participation metrics
  • Build coalitions with allied organizations and advocacy groups
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for regional campaign plans
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to recruit and motivate team members
  • Produce regular reports on field activities and outcomes
  • Support fundraising efforts through organizer-led events
  • Ensure compliance with campaign regulations and protocols
  • Adapt messaging to resonate with diverse communities
  • Use digital tools to coordinate remote organizing activities
  • Respond to emerging political opportunities in real time
  • Mentor junior staff and develop leadership pipelines
  • Maintain accurate records of volunteer and voter interactions
  • Collaborate with communications teams to align outreach materials
