About the Role
This role leads high-impact organizing efforts by training volunteers, managing field programs, and driving voter outreach in key communities. The position requires strong leadership, planning skills, and experience in political or issue-based campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand local organizing teams in targeted regions
- Design and execute field strategies for campaign objectives
- Train and supervise volunteer leaders and field staff
- Coordinate voter contact programs including phone banking and door-to-door outreach
- Develop relationships with community groups and stakeholders
- Monitor campaign data and adjust tactics based on performance
- Organize public events and rallies to amplify campaign messages
- Track volunteer engagement and participation metrics
- Build coalitions with allied organizations and advocacy groups
- Manage timelines and deliverables for regional campaign plans
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to recruit and motivate team members
- Produce regular reports on field activities and outcomes
- Support fundraising efforts through organizer-led events
- Ensure compliance with campaign regulations and protocols
- Adapt messaging to resonate with diverse communities
- Use digital tools to coordinate remote organizing activities
- Respond to emerging political opportunities in real time
- Mentor junior staff and develop leadership pipelines
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer and voter interactions
- Collaborate with communications teams to align outreach materials
