About the Role
Design and manage scalable network infrastructure to support enterprise operations and cloud integration.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches
- Support hybrid cloud environments with consistent network policies
- Ensure network availability and redundancy for critical systems
- Lead network upgrades and hardware lifecycle management
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance standards
- Document network configurations and operational procedures
- Respond to network outages with rapid resolution protocols
- Optimize traffic flow and bandwidth utilization
- Integrate monitoring tools for proactive alerting
- Manage DNS, DHCP, and IP address allocation
- Configure and support VPN and remote access solutions
- Work with vendors on equipment procurement and support
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Perform regular network audits and capacity planning
- Enforce network segmentation and access controls
- Support zero-trust security frameworks
- Evaluate emerging networking technologies for adoption
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during system rollouts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Maintain detailed records of network changes and incidents
- Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects
- Train team members on network best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical support
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
