Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret specifications for new software or data integration workflows
- Review and understand technical documentation containing written content and diagrams
- Interpret Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams effectively
- Identify root causes of defects or live system issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Architect solutions for new software applications or data integration processes
- Provide estimates for new application or integration development efforts
- Build and implement new software or data integration systems
- Lead and drive initiatives to improve development processes
- Support the establishment of coding standards and best practices
- Guide and support junior developers through mentorship and collaboration
- Conduct manual testing to validate functionality
- Create manual unit tests to verify code behavior
- Develop automated unit tests to ensure code reliability
- Design relational database structures to support application needs
- Write advanced stored procedures for complex data operations
- Deliver project status updates to senior management
- Report progress on technical initiatives to IT leadership
- Present system designs and development progress to internal IT groups
- Present technical solutions to external clients and partners
- Coordinate and lead department-level meetings
- Organize and facilitate meetings across cross-functional teams
- Understand how business operations interact with software systems
- Know how to execute builds and supply installation guidance
- Consistently meet established project timelines
- Support project planning activities and ensure timely delivery
Compensation
FTE Conversion Salary is $110-115K Max
