Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a sales strategy for designated verticals or accounts
- Boost large account sales in Indian markets to meet revenue goals
- Handle contract discussions and negotiations
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build enduring strategic partnerships with key accounts
- Focus on enterprise accounts in South India for the company’s solutions
- Engage in proactive account penetration, detailed planning, and effective campaign leadership
- Create and present persuasive value propositions for the company’s solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English
- Proven experience and relationships with top corporate enterprise accounts in India
- 8+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in internet accounts
- Experience selling network security and/or CDN solutions and services
- Prior experience in an early sales team driving traction in India for a US-based SaaS company
- Experience managing lengthy, complex sales cycles
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and internet functionality
- Ability to learn technical concepts and terms
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and other Enterprise verticals, along with Service Provider and exposure to application and network security and zero trust
