GEN PLUS Group seeks a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to conceptualize and create compelling visuals that drive engagement. You will be responsible for developing high-impact motion graphics for digital campaigns and social media, collaborating closely with our creative team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for digital ads, social media, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and clients to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create dynamic visual elements.
- Edit and fine-tune video content, ensuring a seamless blend of visuals, motion, and sound.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Assess designs across different media platforms to ensure optimal visual representation.
- Adjust designs as necessary to accommodate variations in media requirements.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in motion design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design and editing software.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts.
- Exceptional creativity and a proven track record of delivering innovative motion design solutions.
Nice to Have
- 3D skills are a plus.
