Landor is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to be integral to our motion team, shaping motion design across a diverse mix of clients and industries. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to expand ideas and deliver standout solutions across branding, broadcast, brand films, digital, and social.
What You'll Do
- Shape motion design across a diverse mix of clients and industries.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to expand and elevate ideas, delivering standout solutions across branding, broadcast, brand films, digital and social.
- Adapt style to different brands while staying on top of the latest tools, trends and techniques.
- Help push work forward with fresh input and bold storytelling.
- Work on projects involving 2D motion design, plus 3D and editing.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in motion design and editing.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong art direction, conceptual thinking and animation skills.
- A portfolio that shows versatility and flair across different brands and formats.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Organised and reliable with excellent time management.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Adaptable, open to direction and comfortable with change.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Houdini to create more advanced motion and 3D work.
- Strong film-making knowledge, from concept through to execution.
- Storyboarding expertise to help visualise ideas before production.
- Editing and sound design skills to bring projects to life with precision and atmosphere.
